The TruePane Windows & Doors Guarantee

We stand behind every window and door we install in Greenacres, and we put that promise in writing before the truck leaves your driveway. The Done Right Promise means if the work isn’t done right, we make it right. No paperwork fights, no arguing, no fine print that covers neither of us. It’s the same standard Dale Kessler set when he founded TruePane in 2008: if the pane isn’t true, the job isn’t done. That rule has governed every install we’ve done across Palm Beach County since 2008 of combined glazing experience, and it governs every install we’ll do tomorrow.

What’s Covered

  • Workmanship on every install and replacement. If a window or door we installed is out of true, binding, leaking, or not operating the way it should within 90 days, we come back and fix it, and we don’t make you chase us for it.
  • Both manufacturer warranty layers registered in writing. Before we leave the job, you’ll have the manufacturer warranty durations stated plainly on paper, registered under your name and address, for both the product and the glass components. No verbal promises, no hoping the warranty department remembers you.
  • Cleanup that leaves your home the way we found it. Old sashes, broken glass, packaging, fasteners, and job debris get hauled off by our crew same day. We work in your home the way we’d work in our own mother’s home, and that includes the shop-vac pass before we pull out.
  • On-time arrival, confirmed before we dispatch. We’ll be there when we say. When you schedule an estimate or install with TruePane, you get a call or text from our office confirming the window, and our uniformed technician shows up inside it.
  • Honest pricing with no surprise line items. The quote you approve is the price you pay. If we open a wall and find rotten framing or an undersized header, we stop, show you what we found, and price the fix with you before we touch it. No change orders slipped in at the end.
  • Parts and hardware handled correctly. Locks, rollers, balances, hinges, and weatherstripping get checked during every install and replacement. If a part fails because we installed it wrong, it’s covered under the Done Right Promise, full stop.
  • Background-checked, uniformed technicians on every job. The person who measures your opening is an employee of TruePane, not a subcontractor we’ve never met. They’re trained, they’re vetted, and they answer to Dale directly.

Our Satisfaction Promise

If you look at a finished window or door and something feels off, call us at (754) 339-0784. A live person answers, day or night. We’ll send a technician back to your Greenacres home to inspect the work, and if it isn’t done right by our own standard, we fix it on our dime and on our schedule. That’s the whole promise. We don’t ask you to fill out a claim form, we don’t route you to a call center, and we don’t argue about whether the problem is “really” our fault. Dale has been on the receiving end of homeowner warranty runaround for years, and he built TruePane so his customers never get that treatment. If we made the mistake, we own it. If a product defect shows up after install, we handle the manufacturer claim for you, because the warranty was registered correctly on day one, in your name.

Licensed & Insured Backing

Any company can print the word “guarantee” on a flyer. What actually backs that word is whether the company is licensed to do the work and insured if something goes wrong. TruePane Windows & Doors is licensed and insured for residential window and door installation in Florida, and we’re an authorized installer for more than a dozen manufacturer lines including, PGT, CGI, and ES Windows. That authorization matters. Manufacturers don’t certify installers who cut corners, because a bad install voids their warranty and lands in their claims department. Our insurance protects your home and our crew while the work is underway. Our license means the county knows who we are and where to find us, and we plan on being right here in Greenacres in thirty years.

What Does the Done Right Promise Actually Cover?

The Done Right Promise covers the workmanship on any window installation, door installation, replacement, or repair we perform. If a window binds, a door latch doesn’t line up, a frame settles out of square, a seal fails because we installed it wrong, or anything else traces back to our hands, we return and make it right at no charge. The promise runs 90 days from the completion date, and there is no paperwork for you to file. You call (754) 339-0784, tell us what’s wrong, and we schedule the return visit.

Does the Guarantee Cover the Manufacturer Warranty Too?

We don’t issue the manufacturer warranty ourselves, but we make sure it’s actually in force. The Keystone Standard means both manufacturer warranty layers, the product warranty and the glass or component warranty, are registered in writing with the manufacturer before our truck leaves your driveway. You get a copy of the registration showing your name, your address, the product line, and the warranty duration stated in plain English. If a covered defect appears, we help you file and track the claim. Most homeowners who call us after a bad install from another company don’t have a warranty problem, they have an installer who never registered anything. That doesn’t happen on a TruePane job.

What Happens If Something Fails After 90 Days?

If a TruePane-installed window or door fails after the 90-day workmanship window, your manufacturer warranty is the active protection, and because we registered it correctly on day one, it’s ready to use. Call us and we’ll assess the failure, determine whether it’s a product defect or an installation issue, and route the claim appropriately. If the failure traces back to our workmanship even slightly beyond the 90-day mark, we still want to know about it. Our reputation in Greenacres depends on how our windows hold up over decades, not just months. Call (754) 339-0784 with any issue, any time, and a live person will answer.

Why Do You Register Both Warranty Layers Before Leaving?

Because unregistered warranties are worthless warranties. We’ve walked into too many Greenacres homes where the homeowner believed they had a 20-year warranty on their impact windows, only to find out the installer never sent the registration card, and the manufacturer won’t honor a claim on an unregistered product. Dale Kessler started TruePane because out-of-true installs and voided warranties were problems worth fixing permanently. The Keystone Standard is our answer: both manufacturer warranty layers registered in writing, durations stated, before we pull out of your driveway. You’ll see it on paper. You don’t have to trust that we “handled it.”

Will the Price Change Once Work Starts?

No. The price you approve on your written quote is the price you pay, unless you ask us to add scope after the fact. If we open a wall or pull an old window and find hidden damage, rotted framing, termite damage, or an undersized header, we stop work and show you what we found before we spend another dollar. You decide how you want to proceed, and we price any additional work in writing before we touch it. That’s a square deal, and it’s the only way we do business in Greenacres.

Do You Pull Permits for Window and Door Replacement in Greenacres?

When a window or door replacement requires a permit under Palm Beach County or City of Greenacres code, we pull it. We don’t skip permits to save a day or a dollar, because an unpermitted install is a liability that follows the house, and it voids some manufacturer warranties outright. Our installs pass inspection and we stand behind the final result. If you’re unsure whether your project needs a permit, call (754) 339-0784 and ask us directly. A live person answers, and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Should I Be Concerned About Impact Window Installation?

Impact windows and doors are heavy, and a proper Florida installation requires getting the anchoring, shimming, and sealant details exactly right, or the window won’t perform in a storm. This is not a weekend project. We don’t love the idea of a homeowner wrestling a 300-pound impact-rated window into an opening in July heat in Greenacres. If you suspect an existing impact window was installed incorrectly, call us for an inspection. Our technicians measure every opening twice, check for plumb and square, and refuse to install over a bad frame. Call (754) 339-0784 to schedule your free estimate, and we’ll walk you through exactly what your project needs.

"Whole-house window replacement at 71 years old is not something you want to do twice. Dale walked the house himself for the quote. Crew was the same three men all four days, and the foreman knew every window by room."

PPat and Ray L.
★★★★

"Had fog between the panes in four windows. They explained the seals had failed and argon was long gone, replaced the glass units instead of selling me whole windows. Honest outfit."

FFrank D.
★★★★★

"Eleven windows replaced in two days. The crew chief, Marcus, showed me the level on every single frame before they caulked it. My wife noticed the street noise was gone before I did."

RRonald P.
★★★★★

"Impact windows on the whole house. They handled the permit, the inspection, and gave me a folder with every approval number for the insurance company. My windstorm premium dropped enough to notice."

BBill T.
★★★★★

"Our bay window had rotted at the sill and two other outfits wanted to talk us into a flat picture window instead. TruePane rebuilt the opening and matched the original look. Neighbors have knocked on the door about it."
