Meet the Greenacres Team Behind TruePane Windows & Doors
When you call TruePane in Greenacres, the person who shows up at your door isn’t a subcontractor we’ve never met. The crew that measures, installs, and stands behind your windows and doors lives and works right here in Palm Beach County. Most of our Greenacres team has been with Dale Kessler for years, and a few came up through the apprenticeship program he started. They’re background-checked, uniformed, and they answer to one standard: if the pane is not true, the job is not done.
Our People
Marcus T., Lead Installation Technician
Marcus has been setting windows and doors in South Florida for 17 years, the last nine of them with TruePane. He’s our go-to for impact window retrofits and tricky second-story openings where the old framing has shifted. Marcus is factory-certified on PGT and CGI product lines and handles most of the load-bearing header inspections on our Greenacres jobs. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s restoring a 1972 Chevelle in his garage on Lake Worth Road, and he’ll talk your ear off about it if you let him.
Elena R., Senior Installer and Finish Specialist
Elena joined TruePane six years ago after running her own finish carpentry crew in West Palm Beach. She’s the one who makes the trim work disappear into the wall, and she’s particular about sealant lines in a way that saves homeowners from water intrusion later. Elena holds certifications for Andersen and Marvin installations and leads our custom window work when a job calls for unusual sizing. She grew up in Greenacres and still points out houses she worked on when she drives her kids to school.
DeSean W., Service Coordinator
DeSean is usually the first voice you hear when you call the office. He’s been with TruePane for four years and knows the Greenacres schedule, the manufacturer lead times, and which technician is the right fit for which job. Before TruePane, DeSean worked in building supply distribution, so he understands exactly why a Milgard unit takes three weeks and a Marvin unit takes six. He’s the reason our crews roll up when we say they will, and he keeps a running list of every job we’ve done in the area, address by address.
Olivia P., Apprentice Installer
Olivia is in her second year of the TruePane apprenticeship program and works alongside Marcus on most residential installs. She’s already earned her PGT impact product certification and is working toward her Andersen residential credential. Olivia grew up in Palm Springs and came to us from a construction trades program at Palm Beach State College. She’s the one double-checking measurements on the second pass, which matters more than most homeowners realize. On weekends she plays softball at Okeeheelee Park.
One Standard, Every Job
Every TruePane crew in Greenacres works under the same set of rules Dale Kessler laid down when he founded the company in 2008. The opening gets measured twice. The manufacturer warranty gets registered in writing before the truck leaves the driveway, with both layers documented and durations stated. The workmanship is covered by the Done Right Promise, which means if it isn’t done right, we make it right with no paperwork fights and no fine print. The technicians wear uniforms, pass background checks, and treat your home the way they’d treat their own mother’s. That’s not a slogan, it’s the operating standard. And it’s the same standard whether we’re replacing one window in a Greenacres rancher or installing impact glass across a whole house off Jog Road.
