What Greenacres Homeowners Say About TruePane Windows & Doors
Reviews are not decoration. They’re a record of whether a company did what it said it would do, at the price it quoted, on the day it promised. We earn ours one install at a time, and we earn them the same way Dale Kessler has since he founded TruePane in 2008: by measuring openings twice, registering both warranty layers in writing before the truck leaves the driveway, and treating a customer’s home the way we would treat our own mother’s. Since 2008, we’ve been serving Greenacres and the surrounding communities with one standard on the first visit and the same standard on every callback. Here’s what your neighbors have told us, in their words.

“Our old sliding patio door had been sticking for two years. TruePane replaced it with a PGT impact slider, and the crew found the real problem right away: the original frame was never set true. The door glides now. You can feel the difference with one hand. The crew was on time, in uniform, and they walked us through every line item before any work started.”

“We had three quotes for impact windows and every one of them said something different about warranty coverage. Dale put Andersen and PGT quotes side by side on paper and explained exactly how long each warranty lasts and what it actually covers. He registered both layers in writing before he left our driveway. That’s the reason we went with TruePane.”

“A friend recommended TruePane after their window install, and I called on a Sunday afternoon expecting a voicemail. A real person picked up on the second ring. That alone sold me, but what kept me was the install itself. The new energy-efficient windows went in clean, the old ones were hauled away, and the crew treated the inside of our house like it was their own.”

“We had a window replacement job in our Greenacres home that needed a custom fix because the opening was framed out of square. TruePane did the work in one visit, no second appointment left hanging. The bill matched the quote to the dollar. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years. That almost never happens.”

“Our glass railing system on the back patio was quoted by three companies and TruePane was the only one that talked about anchoring it properly for South Florida wind loads. The finished railing is solid, the hardware is stainless, and the whole job was done by technicians who were background-checked and clearly knew what they were doing.”

“After our old French doors started leaking during summer storms, we called TruePane for a replacement. They gave us a square deal on a PGT door system, explained why the old flashing had failed, and fixed the underlying issue instead of just swapping the door. The second visit was years later, for a tune-up, and they still stood behind the original work.”

Why Customers Trust Us
The reviews above share a pattern: a specific problem, a clear explanation, a straight answer on price, and a result that holds up. We’re an authorized installer for more than a dozen manufacturer lines, including, PGT, and CGI, so we quote brands side by side and let the homeowner see exactly what they’re buying. Every job is covered by the Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right, with no paperwork fights and no fine print. The Keystone Standard backs that promise by registering both warranty layers in writing before our team ever leaves your driveway. We hire local, we train apprentices into journeymen, and we plan to be in Greenacres thirty years from now. If your windows or doors need a second opinion, call us at (754) 339-0784 for a free estimate.
